Eniris Insights retrieves data through the API or the Solar Gateway.

Access via API

How to grant us access?

1. Go to "My account". Under "Company information" you will see "API access". Accept the terms and conditions and send us the API key by email to: info+yourcompanyname@eniris.be. With this key, we can read all installations associated with the account. It is important to choose "SAVE".

2. In addition, we also require the IDs of the installations. For this purpose, guest access needs to be granted to Eniris.

Go to "My account" > "Users" > "Add user" > Email: info+yourcompanyname@eniris.be

Function: Account Admin

And leave the checkmark on for "authorized for all installations".

Historical data

Eniris can retrieve historical data for your sites through the Solar Edge API.
