When e-mailing questions or problems regarding. the Solar Gateway, always provide the following information, so that we can assist you as best as possible:

• Serial number of the Solar Gateway
• A clear, legible photo of the nameplate of the inverter to be read. The serial number and product number are particularly important.
• A description of the steps performed during the installation
• If applicable:
  • A photo of the inverter communication card, and an explicit mention of the type of card (Modbus, SolarNet,...)
